This event is hosted not at a church but our church, and sacred space for many in the community.

To honor our hosts and the worship environment they provide, we ask all vendors to follow these important guidelines:

🕊 Worship Hours Are Quiet Hours

We want to maintain a peaceful atmosphere so worshipers can hear and fully experience the service.

Vendor sales and active engagement are not permitted during church services:

• 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM

• 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM

💬 Use Inclusive, Neutral Language

Please avoid spiritual, metaphysical, or belief-based terms in your product displays and descriptions.
For example, skip phrases like “healing crystals” or “energy stones.”
Instead, focus on nature-based or craft-centered descriptions such as “polished quartz,” or “natural stone decor.”
