General Event Information

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL VENDORS

Preview Saturday: (Cathedral of Faith Church)

We ask our vendors who can bring their tents to the site between 5 PM and 6 PM on Saturday.

Vendors are asked to drop off materials and park off-site (the Curtner Station is across the street).

We will have light refreshments and give you a small tour of the grounds, so that you have a sense of the following day.

Campus Entry

Please Turn off Curtner Ave to Canosas, make a right at the end of Canosas on Masonic

You will see directional signs guiding you into the parking area behind the church.

You will find us at the information booth if you have problems.

Event Day Sunday: Set up

Vendor setup begins at 7:00 AM on the event day and must be completed by 8:30 AM, as the congregants arrive between 8:30 and 9:00 AM Munchyfest opens to the public after the first service at 10:00 AM sharp.

We ask all vendors to close operations from 11 AM to 12 PM in respect to the worshipers attending the 11 AM Service.

Please arrive early to ensure enough time to unload and arrange your booth. Teardown can begin only after the event closes at 2:00 PM and must be completed by 3:00 PM.

Vehicles will be allowed back into the loading zone at 1:45 PM for packing up. Please plan accordingly to avoid congestion.

Munchyfest Farmers Market and Food Truck Experience is an exciting opportunity to showcase your food, products, and crafts to a diverse audience.

Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth and successful event.

EVENT DURATION

  • Full-day participation is approximately 4 Hours

VENDOR FEES & RESERVATIONS

  • Booth fees are per vendor space and must be paid in advance to secure your spot.

  • Each vendor space is designated to fit a standard food truck or 10x10 booth space.

  • All vendors must be set up and ready at least 30 minutes before the market opens.

With each successful program, we invite you to consider future events. Here are a few details about reserving your future space.

PAYMENT & GRATUITY

  • To reserve your vendor space, you may be asked to pay a non-refundable booking fee. This fee covers administrative and processing costs and is applied toward the total balance.

  • All vendor fees, deposits, and credits are non-refundable, but they may be conditionally transferable under the rescheduling policy.

  • The remaining balance must be paid on or before the event date via cash, check, or Square, etc at the Information Booth.

  • Tipping event staff or volunteers is not required, but your support of the Munchyfest team is always appreciated.

RESCHEDULE & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All fees, deposits, and available credits are non-refundable.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule within 14 days of the event, we will only transfer your credit to a future date if we can fill your vendor space.

  • If you cancel before the 14-day window, we will transfer your credit toward a future event.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the event will result in a full charge with no option for rescheduling.

WEATHER POLICY

  • The event will take place rain or shine in safe weather conditions.

  • If extreme weather or dangerous conditions arise, Munchyfest reserves the right to reschedule. In this case, your vendor fee will be transferred to a future event.

  • If you have concerns about the weather, please reach out at least 48 hours before the event.
